從明天起,至七月尾,有兩個目標。雖然未知能否獲得考驗資格,未知能夠如願以償,但都會盡力去準備。

跑, 有進步

星期三跑了11k後, 今朝做了一些上斜跑.

可能係天氣既關係, 近來既表現有少回復. 上次既11k 既時間回到了三月尾既水準.

今日既上斜跑, 一來可能少了第一轉的長斜, 二來都是天氣, 那些短的時間有少許進步.

What I learnt from this project

  1. Really need to follow the project schedule as much as possible. If it is foresee that it will be delayed, then it is needed to rebaseline as early as possible.
  2. From the past experience, it usually takes at least 3 days for a promotion to be completed, i.e. from the day you submitted the request in starteam to the day the promotion is done. If the PDN promotion date (Thursday) is in between the submission date and the expected completion date, then one more day is to be added.
  3. Change control, though there is no guideline to when the UAT request, or PDN request to be submitted, I better set the deadline of submitting request at least 3 days before the expected date of UAT promotion and the PDN promotion. However, since there is no strict guideline on this, I may need to suffer from the delay by others.
  4. For a new system, the resource planning is needed.
    1. Hardware: Advise TS where how the SIT, UAT and PDN environment be structured.
    2. User id: Need to apply the creation of user id in the server, application server, and the database.
    3. Discuss the ownership of the id.
    4. The ids are better to be ready before the vendor installed the system.
  5. Control the phase of the testing.
    1. Test it phase by phase.
    2. Proceed to another phase after the completion of the current one. Follow the change control procedures to set up the next phase. So the migration procedures can be tested during the UAT promotion.
  6. For something not sure, it is really needed to dig into it. Dun be lazy. For example, in the LMS project, the difficulties lied in setting up the DTS job. Actually, it must make sure that the SSIS workable in this scenario, so that the effort won’t be wasted on developing it.
    1. Is SSIS works in the HR db (SQL Server 2000)? After this question, it is no need to think about it anymore.
    2. So DTS is the only solution, do you know how to do it? No.
    3. Then if there anywhere you can try it? There should be. Ask others.
    4. If the required table is not existed, how will you deal with it? Set up some temp tables with similar structure. Then you can test the SQL and the program.
  7. Other ppl won’t know how urgent it is, or how urgent you feel. You are the only one to push them and yourself. 正所謂你急人唔急

錯誤之一: 死牛

常犯之錯誤之一: 死抱 一隻股票.

e.g. 渣打. 09-10 呢隻野係ok ge, 但到了11年就跑輸大市. 應該要在$250 左右到沽了它. 轉勢的訊號從週線圖已可見.


從今以後, 要改掉死守的習慣, 不要做策略性投資者.

期權







覺得期權係一樣值得學習的金融產品,今日上左第一堂期權課。

Anyway,最重要要有觀點,呢個無論做期權、股票都係。不過,做期權要有multi-dimensional thinking。

上完一堂,好想上埋其餘的課。我想學的原因是期權那種多方向的靈活性,不像牛熊証、窩輪那些單方向的局限性。另外自己都有買股票,想有時為股票買保險,降低買入成本。

所以學期權,目標係先學股票期權,同埋要學好short先。

From Trend Followers

Trend followers are insatiably curious about what is real. They do not avoid asking a question if they are suspicious they might not like the answer. They do not ask self-serving questions that reinforce an opinion they might already have. They do not ask mindless questions, and do not accept mindless answers. They are content to ask questions knowing that there might not be answer.

跑,守

想係呢個夏天操fit d,咁到左秋冬便更可以再進步。

之前想做到一星期跑四次,但似乎決心未夠,一步一步吧。

今朝做一些上斜跑,那較長的放棄了。好在做到了十個短的。

原本想放棄最後的兩個,但覺得而家的目標係要"守",所以一定要堅持。

做完之後,果然感覺不一樣。

P.S. "守"字在這些日子對我別具意義,代表不急進,不氣餒。

重溫錯誤

今日買入牛証63490,因為覺得調整已完結。

今日正好重溫常犯的錯誤:太早買入-最好唔好在開市後一小時內買賣。

好像今日,如果在十一時才買入,反而相對今日收市價還有賺。

但因為在開市後不久就買入,而家係蝕14%。

要諗諗自己究竟想點

投資, 經過兩年, 今年先係考驗既一年...犯了唔少錯, 令回報下降.

最緊要, 就係要記下蝕錢既痛苦經歷, 俾自己借鑒.

我要賺錢, 或者應該講, 我要正回報, 仲要節節上升. 遇到有可能蝕錢, 應該唔好下手. 如果真係蝕錢, 就要盡快止蝕.

要諗諗自己投資既步驟...

今日諗到一樣野, 就係一旦蝕錢, 係咪就應該第一時間就賣掉? 有時反而一賣,價錢就立刻回升, 倒頭來其實唔駛蝕咁多...

所以應該想想, 那時價格係咪到達一個支持位?

1. 有可能既話, 不妨忍一忍手.
2. 如果已經跌破支持位, 就應該賣掉.
3. 問題係, 如果未到支持位, 應該怎樣呢?

覺得xanga 已經冇之前咁好用了, 接觸面也沒有以前廣, 所以想在其他地方繼續是但up.

另外, 好想搵個地方作為自己投資筆記, 也想想寫下自己運動, 心理既經驗.

希望呢度係一個好地方.
